  2. Performers must prepare their own pre-recorded music files for the performance. A Dropbox link will be provided in advance for uploading the music. Each music track must be recorded separately and saved in either WAV or MP3 format, with only the music included in the file.
  3. Participants are responsible for ensuring the sound quality of their music files, as TGA will not be held accountable for any audio issues.
  4. The file name should include the participant’s name and the title of the track.
  5. Performers should also bring an additional copy of their music (on a USB drive or phone) in case of any issues during the performance.

Music and Choreography Copyrights

  1. Performers must furnish their own musical material with theatrical acoustic standards.
  2. Performers must deal with royalty issues for their music and choreography. TGA will not be responsible for any royalty disputes over music or choreography. Performers must compensate for the damages to TGA caused by royalty issues, if there are any.
  3. Performers’ names, program titles, lengths of the pieces and playing orders must be noted in English on the label of the music material.
